The South Florida Young Architect Awards
Join the AIA Fort Lauderdale and AIA Miami chapters in celebrating South Florida's next generation of Young Architects, up-and-coming Associates, and the firms that best support emerging professionals. Awards include Rising Star of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Project Manager of the Year, and Best Place to Work.
Both chapters hope to see all local Young Architects in their first 10 years of licensure and Associates on the path to licensure. Special ticket pricing is offered for AIAS members, as well as those licensed within the last 12 months located in Dade or Broward County.
WHAT ARE THE YA AWARDS?
The Young Architects Awards recognize excellence in the Architecture profession by architects who have achieved licensure within the past ten years and Associates or AIAS members currently pursuing licensure. It is hosted annually by the AIA Fort Lauderdale and AIA Miami Chapters of the American Institute of Architects.

WHO CAN APPLY?
The submittals are open to architecture students, architectural design professionals, and architects licensed less than 10 years, and are open to both AIA/AIAS Members and Non-Members. Entries can be submitted by individuals or by firms who reside/work in Broward or Miami-Dade Counties.
